Custom builds
We design and build web, mobile and AI-powered software for businesses, including integrations with the systems you already run.
We start from how the work actually gets done, then build the smallest tool that fixes it.
Who it is for
Businesses with a repeating manual process that costs hours: quotes and estimates, scheduling, reporting, or data moved by hand between spreadsheets and other systems. If someone is re-typing the same information in two places, that is usually a good place to start.
Typical scope
One tool or workflow at a time: an internal web app or dashboard, a catalog or enquiry website, a connection between two systems you already use, a mobile companion, or an AI-assisted step such as sorting, summarising or drafting. We keep each one small enough to finish and hand over.
For a sense of what we build for operations, see the production tools under For work: an OEE analyzer and a capacity planner, built for production teams and not publicly released.
What you can count on
- Fixed scope, in writingWhat we will build, and what we will not, is agreed in writing before any work begins.
- You own what we buildYou own the code and content we build for you, with a hand-over of how it works. You can run it, change it or take it to someone else. Hosting and running costs stay with you.
- Timelines agreed up frontWe give you dates with the written scope. Small projects typically take weeks, not months.
A recent client build
We don’t name clients without their permission.
Client website
A B2B supplier of eco-friendly tableware whose website was slow and hard to update
The problem
The old WordPress site loaded slowly, sometimes stuck on a loading screen, showed a server error on one page and used one title for every page. Updating a product meant editing several pages by hand.
What we built
A fast 14-page catalog site with a page per product and a quote list that buyers send with the contact form, straight to the sales mailbox. Every product is kept in one place, so a change shows up on every page that lists it. Old addresses redirect to the new pages, and the printed catalog was redesigned to match.
What they got
A site with nothing to patch or update, a catalog they can change in one place, and the code and content as their own. Read the case study.
How to start
- Email us a few lines: what the process looks like today, what goes wrong, and who uses it.
- We reply within two business days (Central European Time), either with questions or with an honest view on whether we are the right fit.
- If it fits, we write up what we would build and what we would not, and send it to you to review.
